How do I add contact details and social media links to my Experience?
Alongside your description and photos, your Experience listing has two tabs dedicated to helping visitors get in touch or find you elsewhere online: Contact and Social Links.
Contact tab
This holds three fields:
Telephone — the customer-facing number for this Experience
Email Address — the customer-facing email address for this Experience
Website URL — a link to the Experience's own website, if it has one separate from your destination site
These should be the details a visitor would actually use to get in touch with questions about this specific Experience.
Social Links tab
Here you can add links to:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- X
- YouTube
You don't need to fill in every field — only add links for platforms where this Experience genuinely has a presence. An empty field simply won't display, so there's no harm in leaving platforms blank if they're not relevant.
Why these fields are worth keeping current
Contact details and social links might seem like a small, functional part of the listing, but they do real work:
A visitor with a specific question — about accessibility, group bookings, or something not covered in your FAQs — needs a way to ask it before they'll commit to booking
Linking to an active social media presence gives visitors a way to see recent photos, reviews, or updates beyond what's on the listing itself, which builds confidence before booking
Happy visitors often tag or mention an Experience on social media after their visit — having your links in place makes it easier for new visitors to find and follow you off the back of that
Keeping this up to date
If a phone number changes, or you set up a new social account for this Experience, it's worth updating these fields promptly. Out-of-date contact details are one of the more frustrating things a visitor can encounter, and they can undo a lot of the good work your listing has done elsewhere.
💡 Top Tip: If this Experience shares contact details with other Experiences or your wider Business Profile, it's worth checking they're correct here specifically — these fields are set per entry, so an update made elsewhere won't automatically carry through.
