How do I add FAQs to my Experience listing?
The FAQs tab lets you add genuine questions and answers that visitors commonly ask about your Experience. FAQs can work double-time — helping visitors directly, and also helping search engines and AI tools understand your Experience more clearly, which can improve how it appears in search and AI-powered results.
What to add
Think about the questions real visitors actually ask before or during booking — not marketing points, but practical, honest information. Common examples include:
"What are your opening hours?"
"Is parking available?"
"Do you offer vegetarian options?"
"Is the venue wheelchair accessible?"
For an Experience specifically, this is also the natural home for things like age restrictions, fitness level required, what's included in the price versus what isn't, and cancellation or weather policies — practical questions a visitor would otherwise have to email or call you to ask.
How to write them well
Keep questions short and written the way a visitor would naturally phrase them
Write answers that are clear, friendly, and easy to scan — a sentence or two is usually ideal
Cover one question per FAQ, rather than bundling several topics into a single answer
Avoid sales language here — this field works best as genuinely helpful information, not another place to sell the Experience
Quality over quantity
Only add FAQs that are genuinely useful. A handful of well-chosen, well-written questions will serve visitors — and perform — far better than a long list padded out with questions nobody actually asks. If you're not sure whether something belongs here, ask yourself whether a visitor would actually type that question into a search engine or ask it over the phone.
Keeping FAQs current
Update the FAQs whenever something changes — a new safety requirement, a change to what's included in the price, or a shift in opening times. An FAQ answer that's gone out of date can undermine trust faster than not having an FAQ at all, since it actively tells the visitor something incorrect.
💡 Top Tip: A good source of new FAQ content is the experience provider themselves — their inbox, phone enquiries, and social media comments will often surface the same questions again and again. If you're liaising with a provider to write or update a listing, it's worth asking them directly what visitors tend to ask before booking.
