My activation link isn't working
Don't panic. This happens from time to time, and easy to fix. Activation links typically expire after 48 hours (this can vary by destination). If yours has expired:
Go to the login page for your destination's website.
Use the "Forgotten your password?" link.
Follow the emailed link to set a password — this works even if your original activation link has expired.
If that doesn't work, contact the team who manages your destination's website and ask them to resend your activation link.
