Step-by-Step: Editing Your Business Profile
A full walkthrough of updating your Business Profile, from logging in to getting your changes live.
1. Log in and land on your dashboard. If you manage more than one business, you'll see them all listed here — click the one you want to update.
2. Make sure the Business Profile tab is selected.
3. Click the red "Edit on..." button to start editing.
4. You'll see several tabs across the top (e.g. General, Facilities, Contact) — click through each one and fill in as much detail as you can. Some fields may be greyed out and uneditable; this is expected and depends on your Membership Package.
5. Click Save as Draft at any point to save your progress and come back later. You'll need to do this before you can preview your changes.
6. Click Preview (available after saving a draft) to see how your changes will look on the live site.
7. When you're happy, click Submit for Approval.
What happens after you submit:
You'll be returned to your dashboard.
Your update is sent to the team who manages your destination's website for review.
You'll receive a confirmation email that your submission is in the queue.
If you log back in before it's been reviewed, you'll see a message letting you know your changes are still in draft/pending form — you can keep editing, and any further changes will automatically update your submission rather than creating a duplicate.
💡 Top tip: The more fields you complete, the better — it improves the experience for visitors, and gives search engines and AI tools more accurate information to work with when your business comes up in searches.
