Step-by-Step: Resetting Your Password or Activating Your Account
If you've forgotten your password, or your account activation link has expired, the same feature fixes both.
Go to the login page for your destination's website (usually the site's normal web address with /destinationcore added to the end).
Click the "Forgot password?" link underneath the password field.
Enter the email address associated with your Business Login account.
Click Reset password.
Check your email for a reset link (this will only arrive if the email address matches an existing account), and follow it to set a new password.
💡 Top tip: This same process also works to activate a brand new account if your original activation email's link has expired. You don't need to wait for a new activation email — just use "Forgot password?" and follow the same steps to set your password and get in.
